Notice for Readers of Sanquan College Library

图书馆是传播人类科学文化知识的场所,是弘扬精神文明的阵地。馆藏图书文献属国家财产，是从事教学、科研工作的重要资料。维护图书文献的完整，维护良好的读书环境，是每一个读者应尽的义务。广大读者应该做到文明读书，自觉遵守如下公共道德和规范。

The library is a place to spread the scientific and cultural knowledge of human beings and a front to promote spiritual civilization. Belonging to the state property, the collection of books and documents is also an important material for teaching and scientific research. It is the obligation of every reader to maintain the integrity of collection books and maintain a good reading environment. All of readers should read in a civilized manner and consciously abide by the following public morals and norms.

1. 爱护书刊和计算机、服务设施、阅览桌椅等公共财产。不裁

切、涂划、污损、损坏书刊；

违规操作电器设备；

擅自移动桌椅家具。

1. Take care of books, computers, service facilities, reading tables and chairs, and other public property. Do not cut, scratch, deface or damage books and periodicals; do not operate electrical equipment in violation of regulations; as well as do not move tables, chairs and furniture without authorization.

2.遵守借阅制度。按时还书，加快流通，提高书刊利用率。

2. Comply with the borrowing system. Return books on time and speed up circulation to increase the utilization rate of books and periodicals.

3. 讲文明。入馆时衣着整洁，举止文明，不穿拖鞋、背心、球裤

入馆；不在馆内大声喧哗，拨打手机，大声朗读，保持室内安静。

3. Pay attention to the civilized etiquette. Dress neatly when entering the museum, and behave in a civilized manner. Do not wear slippers, vests, or shorts when entering the museum, as well as do not make a loud noise in the museum, dial the mobile phone, and read aloud, so as to keep the room quiet.

4. 讲公德。

得用个人物品、书籍抢占阅览座位，

违规占用存

包柜长期存放私人物品。

4. Obey the social ethics. Personal belongings and books are not allowed to occupy the reading seat, and the locker shall not be occupied for long-term storage of personal belongings.

5. 讲卫生。不在馆内吸烟、随地吐痰、乱扔纸屑；不携带任何

食品入馆进食，保持室内整洁、卫生。

5. Maintain hygiene in the library. Do not smoke, spit, or throw paper scraps in the hall; as well as do not bring any food into the hall for eating, and keep the room clean and hygienic.

6. 讲礼貌。使用文明语言，不讲脏话，温良谦让，互相尊重。

6. Be polite. Use civilized language without swear words. Be gentle and courteous, as well as respect each other.

7. 讲诚信。遵守国家相关法律法规。严格按照国家有关部门颁布的《关于保护文献数据库知识产权的公告》使用图书馆的电子文献资源。不在网上浏览和传播色情淫秽、谣言等不良信息。

7. Maintain integrity. Comply with relevant national laws and regulations. Use the electronic literature resources in the library strictly accordance with the Announcement on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of Document Databases promulgated by relevant state departments. Do not browse or spread pornographic, obscene, rumors and other bad information on the Internet.
